All prices on this page are in AUD. Bookzyr isn't registered for GST yet, so no GST is added to your subscription, text or promotion charges. If that changes, GST will be added from then on and shown on your invoices.

Yes. Sign up with an email, set up your salon and take real bookings — no card needed. The subscription is free for 14 days. Add-ons you use during the trial — text messages (20 free a month per team member), marketing emails (3¢ each) and promotions — are charged as normal. After 14 days your shop moves to the Team plan automatically, and you're never charged a subscription fee for the trial days: your first bill covers the day your trial ends to the end of that month. After that you're billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Not for you? Ask to cancel from Billing before day 14 and you won't pay for the subscription; any add-ons you used are still billed. Once you're on a paid plan, you can ask to cancel at any time.

On the Team plan, you pay $19.95/month for each active staff member with calendar access, billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Add someone part-way through a month and we charge for them from the next day to the end of that month (from 1 November 2026). Remove someone and your bill goes down from the next month — we don't refund part-months. Front-of-house staff who don't take bookings don't count.

Every active team member who takes bookings is $19.95/month, whatever their hours: a stylist on 10 hours a week costs the same as one on 40.

Never. After your 14-day trial moves to the Team plan you pay month-to-month, billed in advance on the 1st of each month, can ask to cancel your paid plan at any time, and can export your data freely. We'd rather earn your business each month than lock you in.

Card present (tap, dip, swipe), card not present (online deposits, manual entry), Apple Pay, Google Pay — all the same rate. Automated payouts on a schedule that suits you. Rate is exclusive of 10% GST.

Yes, a card terminal is available. Get in touch and we'll help you set it up and pair it with your shop.

Booking emails, such as confirmations, reminders and receipts, are free. Marketing emails (campaigns and automated emails such as win-back and birthday) are 3¢ each. There's no charge for loyalty milestone or review request emails. For texts, each paid team member gives your shop 20 free texts a month for texts such as reminders and receipts (not marketing). After that it's 6¢ a text, and marketing texts are 15¢. A text over 160 characters (70 with emoji) is sent in parts, and each part counts as a text. Each month's texts are added to your next bill. Your subscription is free for the 14-day trial: texts are charged as normal during the trial, with 20 free texts a month for each team member.

No. There's no fee on marketplace bookings: a client who finds you on the Bookzyr marketplace costs you nothing extra.

Anytime. Move to a higher-priced plan and we charge the difference for the rest of the month the next day (from 1 November 2026). Move to a lower-priced plan and the new price starts with your next monthly bill — the month you've already been billed for isn't refunded. Your data, clients and bookings carry across.

Free, one-click import from Booksy, Fresha, Timely, Square, or a CSV. Your client list, services, and upcoming bookings come with you. We'll keep your old booking link working during the transition so no client falls through the cracks.

Ask to cancel from Billing at any time. We'll contact you within one business day to confirm and stop your subscription. Invoices already issued still need to be paid. Export your client list, bookings and reports any time — they're your data. We don't hold anything hostage.
